Hi folks...

I've been away a while and now I think it's time to renew my P800...

Before I left there was talk of Orange introducing an excess for insurance claims - there's been no paperwork since I've been away about changing the contract so I wonder if anyone else has had any experiences in the last 7 months.

Awaiting ur replies...

I replaced my P800 just before I got my P900 about two months ago. No charge, they replaced it next day and I had a nice shiny phone to sell when my P900 arrived.

Damn just found it too..

All accepted claims are subject to a £15 admin fee.

Renewing meaning - getting another new one...

Don't know whether it's worth it as I'll have to pay to unlock it too...

Was your replacement new or refurbished?

They are all refurbished m8. So by new you mean obtaining a replacement handset for the sake of it? This message was posted from a Nokia

Thats why im asking all the questions! Admin fee applies to most fault claims. You may be charged if the handset is reported faulty but it only has wear and tear or no fault at all! This message was posted from a Nokia

I was planning to injure the screen first.

If I got one cosmetically damaged I would certainly complain...
