Hi All,
I tried searching the forums for a couple of days, but I didn't find anything exactly like the situation I'm having; I can set my P800 on my DSS-20 cradle, and it will synchronize with outlook no problem. I can install applications via the 'application installer' tool. But if I click on 'my P800' it shows 'not connected'. So, I have no way to move files to the machine other than using a memory stick reader.
My machine is a win2k pro workstation running Norton Antivirus corporate edition. No firewall.

i know its a lame answer but get rid of norton to test.. ive ran my p8&9 of w2k without any problems for a while on various systems.. that or look for anything else which might mess with tcp/ip..
theres not a lot else to suggest really.... try testing it on another machine to double check..
