Im not that into Laws, but i do think im able to understand the text - from SE Global Support pages regarding

The only way of understanding "from week 21" is the beginning of the week. In court its no other way of conluding the term from week 21 to be by end of week 21 or something else.
My conclution here is that SonyEricsson are promising something they cant hold. Someone able to test that in Court ?

The text "not aviable in all markeds" cant be understod in any other way then: Most markeds will have the upgrade, some (few) will not (of spesific reasons)

i think the whole thing is out of hand and tiring now. we are talking about something that can hardly be used. legal threats are flying about from people who can't be bothered to check out their own rights first! the same people that bang on about charges and hardware differences. is this all we have to live for? if so then the sad ones of us all shouldn't own mobiles as we wouldn't have any friends to send mms too!
