Yeah, but if you don't (want to) use Outlook, you can always get one of those SIM card readers. However I think the data on your SIM card is different from the data on your phone itself, since a SIM card only stores contact names and numbers.

And thare are such a software it is the same as for t68i, t610... I forgo it's name but it lets you edit phone book on the phone and on the sim.
Try to find it on SE web site.
