NO IT WILL DEFINITELY NOT WORK! its larger than the Mem Stick duos...

The Memory Stick displayed on your picture is not the Memory Stick Duo, it is the first Model of Memory Stick. This model doesn't work on P800 and P900.

Here it is a picture of a Memory Stick Duo which is compatible with P8/900 and the Memory Stick Adapter that cames with it.
