I haven't heard of a pocketpc based unit with built in GPS but there are plenty of companies offering navigational packages which are based on pocketpc like the iPAQ and a plug in GPS unit.
Garmin offer the iQue which is palm based and has a built in GPS

Seems no PPC has built in GPS function, but Navman have a GPS jacket 3300 for iPAQ.
