themes creator 1.3 wont install on my PC (XP Pro) any ideas, the old version don't run either, not sure why ?

my Themes Creator 1.3 works very fine in my XP Pro! the older version works very fine as well. maybe you should re-download or re-install the Themes Creator. that might solve your problem!
