> SE P800 Service India-BAD!
Bookmark topic
Hello Folks
I had a crash of my P800 about 5 weeks back (it fails to respond to switch on, only vibrator works and later switches ON on its own ). So I gave to service center authoreised by SE in bangalore and they sent it another city called Chennai for repairs. It was back to Bangalore about 10 days back but they told me THE POWER SWITCH IS MISSING!!!!! Now I doubt if the chennai people really did check after repairs.... as to how they could send a unit without power button!! and ofcourse no Quality Checks either..
This tells about the service I am getting after paying $800 for my P800! HATS OFF TO SE....
any similar problems with others?? I am india. Would like to know what is the escalation method to Sony HQ... any email ids would be appreciated.

Dude i agree with you. The support of SE is bad. You must mail to the SE support. You'll get it from the website. Good luck.
