i cant seem to find the "status report" to activate my delivery report in the message option on my phone..and the *0# command doest work. i'm using Digi....any other alternative to get delivery report???

there is one. go to Messages>MMS>Options>2nd or 3rd line. at least at the dutch version.
Couldn't find it by the SMS.

Well my problem is, i do not find the "status Request" in the list of options, and i'm sure my service operator provides delivery report...hrmmm

That option could be disabled by the SIM and you can't change that. You may be able to enable delivery report by starting your SMS with 111.
For example:
111Hi this is my SMS.
