sorry if this topic was discussed earlier but is there a way to upgrade the picture resolution of t610(I saw that t630 has 1 more resolution I think it was 320x480)

actually there are people who have put a T630 screen and the firmware into the T610 so I guess the answer is yes. The extra resolution is 640x480 but it is interpolated from the 288x352 image and its not very good. take a look at a couple of examples of pics at the interpolated size in my
T630 review (for example) to see what I mean.
