Where on earth do I turn on the SMS receipt option on the P900? I'd like a receipt for each SMS so that I know that my buddies have received my messages.

U have to set it by every single sms, just as in p8. No default option for constantly reports. This message was posted from a R520

Just cleaning this out. Yes, there is a SMS Status Report on P900, but it has the same problem as in P800, i.e., you need to set it to every message you send.

Oh yeah??? and where do you have a report for ALL sms on the P800???
Where do you find a function to do that automaticly?

And I think in fact that is good like that... i was bored to get a message everytime, a message which i don't need! I can have it if i want, and not if i don't want it.. it 's perfect like that for me !

on my T630 the settings for receipt are on, off and set on send

I use set on send so that I can decide with each message whether I want a receipt or not, as you do blue8300, but the difference is I get an extra prompt as part of the sending process so that I don't forget it.

I've never understood why it is not a feature on the P800 when I had that and I would still like that on my P900 now. Its always 1 second after I click send that I remember I forgot to go to the second tab and set the message receipt to on.

I mean how difficult is it to add one extra setting into the SMS settings of control panel? I don't have many gripes with the P900 but this is such a simple feature to provide

Anyway, this has been discussed over and over and apparantly not something that sees as important
