if i understand the question right, you want to copy your contacts to the memory stick? unfortunately there's no way to do this, at least not directly. you can beam them to other phones and devices (with ir or bluetooth), email or sms them, sync with your PC, and you can back up the phone and extract the contacts file from there, but you can't transfer them straight to the duo from within the phone.

You've gotta buy the P900 first man. Get rid of that Nokia. This message was posted from a P900

In fact, it is very easy and clear how to copy. So trash that old Nokia and go with P900 ;-) This message was posted from a T610

wow thanks for the help guys. Instead of slagging off my nokia I'm actually trying to figure this out for a friend, who has just got a P900. Sadly I don't have one to test this on. Hence the reason for asking for help here on esato.

gotska gave you the correct answer but to make it clearer

go into pictures and click on the picture you want to move. This will show you the picture in full.

in the top right is a drop down list of internal and external storage so click on that on and click on where you want it to go. The picture is then copied

simple as that
