Hi folks
Does anyone have any experiences of using the repair services provided by carphone warehouse here in the UK?
I dropped my 2 month old P900 from about waist height yesterday and broke the screen in half.
I duly dropped off my baby to the nearest CPW and despite being very helpful they couldnt really give me a specific repair time.
The worst thing about the whole experience is the loaner phone.....not meaning to sound ungrateful.....but......A nokia 1100

I had my t610 sent off for a firmware upgrade as it couldnt be done on site, 3 weeks 3 long weeks without my baby! Oh and ya lucky u got a nokia... My loaner was a trium 110!

CPW are now have official SE repair guys at their Wednesbury repair place, so it won't have to be sent off to SE to be fixed.
You shouldn't have any problems in getting your phone repaired within 14 days at any CPW branch.
