> T68i firmware upgrade unlock in Montreal?

From my search I see that there have been previous posts on this (in 2003)... in the previous posts it seemed that there wasn't anyone in Montreal that would do a firmware upgrade and/or unlock.
So... has this changed? Is there anyone in Montreal, Canada now that will do a firmware upgrade and hopefully even a handset unlock on a T68i??
