Are there is any backup utility for SE P900?
Something like BackupMan for PALM OS.
I would love to backup everything on the memory stick!!!

How about PC Suite, that came with the phone. Or even better, you can download the newest version for free from Sonyericsson website.

I am always using The Se Backup that comes with the PC Suite. There you can config if you want to backup only the Phone Memory and the Memory stick.
