well i do. obviously a 2.5jack to 3.5socket adaptor is required. i have a compact pair of sonys, and a pair of sennhieser for movies...

Got a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adaptor, and it works for abit then there is a loud *beep* sound as the phone thinks that it is expecing a voice dialing command. Right annoying - and can't seem to stop it at all.
What adaptor are you using?

I endorse Bengal Girl's suggestion. I use an adaptor from
PC Mobile with portable Sennheier
MX500 headphones. Wonderful sound, much better than the standard SE 'phones.
