I use Handy Expense, which is fine for my needs. It is quite simple and has a desktop companion that can be used to add / edit items as well as export to Excel

I got it as part of a package (Handy tools) which is an excellent (if a little xpensive - 50 USD) package. Handango currently offering it 40% off though...

I'm using MS Money by Mastersoft. Used it because I used to have it on my Sony Clie. Was used to the interface so I continued using it in my P800.
