I recently re-installed my PC (Win XP SP1) and upgraded to the latest PC Suite, which was 2.3.1. While the phone connects successfully and will sync it will not perform a backup. It starts as normal, with the phone rebooting but seems to lock after copying only a few files (around 3% if you go by the progress bar).

I've disabled both my AV and Firewall software, which has made no difference. Does anyone have any bright ideas?

My Firmware is R2F

Can anyone help with this. I know that sods law dictates that my phone is going to crash, get dropped, stolen or suffer some other fate while I do not have a backup in place!
