i picked up my fone the smornin and when i press up on the joystick or i clik it i haveto do it really hard or it doesnt work... how can i fix this?

probably just a bit of dirt or summit similar...
just give it a quick blow. and it might dislodge anything. Or mebbe take case apart and give it a jolly good clean out.
OR take it to a SE service centre and moan.
