Got a whinge here, but bear with me!
I bought MGS Silverball off Handango for £6 about 3 weeks ago. Like a muppet, I forgot to include my IMEI number so I got an email from avdpro asking for this the day after I ordered. I replied with my details, but the email bounced back and I have still not got my reg key.
I have emailed Handango and Noumena Innovations Ltd but I have not received a reply at all!
Anyone got any suggestions? Can I report them to someone?
Cheers.

Handango is the worst place where to buy something and have assistance in case something goes wrong.
I had a similar problem with an application I bought on that site and mistyped a numer of the IMEI. Asked for assistanced and all I got after several mails was a pre-made massege in wich they sai they could't help me and they would have contacted the software producer. After that just silence from Handango.
Luckily I found the key generator on the net and solved the problem by myself.

This has happened to me also. I bought MGS Karting for P900 and then lost my key. Handango went through a systems upgrade and all of my prior purchase details were lost. I emailed everyone I could think of. Finally, I just found a key generator on the web and used that to install my software.
It is shitty when we have to resort to illegal means to find a key code that we purchased in the first place. The people who crack this software are more helpful, indirectly, than the people who WRITE the software! Isn't there something wrong here?

yeah your right there is 1 guy who has sent me a few apps with the key codes as well so i didnt have to pay anything which was great...
i think if handago were any good at customer service then people wouldnt have to resort to obtaining apps illegally.....
im so glad there are peeps out there to get these apps and software
