Was trying to restore my P900 after failed to install a software package. In the last minute of restore, it said one file was in use and could not be restored. I chose to skip the file. Then I couldn't turn my P900 on. It restarted automatically again and again after seeing the welcome screen. It could not be stopped until I removed the battery.
I went to SE's web site to do a recovery of FW. It took more than one hour but the problem was still there. I was thinking to send it to service center.
But I thought it could be something wrong on the memory stick when I did the restore. I decided to have a last try. After removed the memory stick, the phone turned on! Everything looked OK.
I then formated the memory stick again on my PC and did the restore again. No error message, no warning this time. My P900 has been back to normal.
What an adventure! I was in worry for 5 hours!
