I'm going to have a chance to watch these phones in action up close and personal next month. It seems that we have had similar ideas oh let's say..since forever, but someone has decided to actually put it to work and push it infront of the people. Unfortunately just not in the western market (yet...). I'm hoping to pick up a few handsets to bring back home with me despite the fact that they won't have an operable network. I will be hunting for the proverbial P900 'Godzilla' of the East.
I'm also curious to know what some developers over there think about our beloved Pxxxs.

"For a maximum of one hour".... Is this a battery/software or hardware restriction? Would be pretty nasty if it cut out halfway through a good film

@ Grex
I'm hoping to find that out as well. I'm guessing that most shows shown over T-Air are more likely between 30min-60min. That would include your variety comedy, news, etc. Either way we have 0 secs of that right now so 1hr is an eternity at this point. I hope u don't stare into your phone for anything for more then an hour at a time any way

. There is a service that I subscribe to that allows me to watch CNN, MSNBC, and about 10 more channels live through a data stream. However, the feed is very herky jerky. In addition, the channel lineup is not dynamic. It's a static package that was pre-arranged from the agreements that those stations signed with the mobile network provider (SprintPCS). That's why I think T-AIR reception at least allows one variation in tuning into whatever is broadcasted within their range.
