Can anyone tell me what the base memory capacity is for the T630? I never bought a T610 because the memory on that was a joke. I,ve owned a n7650 for 18 months now and the only s/e phone(s) that I would consider a worthy replacement are either the Z600 or the P900.

If you think the T610 memory is a joke you deffo do not want a T630 or even a Z600 because....... they have the exact same memory size as the T610.

I've never been able to understand what people have against the 7650. I think maybe people just think its cool to say its crap. Firstly its memory is 4mbs. Twice that of a t610. Secondly the core processor of a t610 is only 32mhz. I have a toaster at home thats more powerful. The processor in a 7650 is almost 110mhz.This incidentally is why it can run better third party software and transfer files over bluetooth so much faster than an s/e T series phone. I'm not dissing s/e, I just think people need to stop talking nonsence when complaining about Nokia handsets.

The Nokia 7650 is the worlds most expensive door stop!

But in fearness Nokia are very good at the night mode on camera. And the phone has got great features considering how old it is now. And its great the way you can download more applications/programmes.

Summer Games...... Great!

First of all, the Nokia 7650 Doorstop is almost 4x the size of the T610. And for the same size, it's got about half of everything in the P800. So basically, you're lugging around a huge plastic case, with pretty much nothing in it. Battery life that's less than 1/3 of any SE phone, memory capacity that's only 2x that of a phone that's 1/4 it's size, a screen that's so pathetically small for an incredibly huge phone... and why again is this thing such a great phone? Cuz it's got that sliding thing at breaks after a few months and then cuts off the microphone? Oh ya... I get it. GREAT PHONE!

I'd take a T610 over that clunker any day.

I have a 7650 in addition to the se phones and i agree with lack of memory on the se phones. But i also think that for the type of phone the 7650 is, the memory is lacking as well! I am always having to delete stuff on both to make room. :-( This message was posted from a Z600

It has 4mb of memory but only 3mb available to the user. It's a smartphone, while the T610 is a phone mid-level. The processor is bigger but the phone's also a brick...with a 4k screen. No1 tried to ditch it or to compare it with a t610, they r diff'rent class. Just don't be so sensitive when it comes to the 7650, ppl r indiff'rent to it cuz it's so big and overdated now. That's life...
About the question: it doesn't worth it if u ALREADY have a T610, like me for example.Otherwise, yes, it's a great phone to start with

@ jplacson.. Ouch, I think I might have hit a sensitive spot with you. Firstly I never said 4 mbs was good but its def better that 2mbs, nor did I ever try to compare my 7650 with a p800 which is without doubt a better phone. You cant complain about what the 7650 has because the phone is now over 2 years old and technology progress was always going to date it very quickly and as for you comment about the sliding mechanism breaking, I've never heard of one breaking. I think perhaps you need to treat your mobiles with a little more care. They're not footballs you know.
