I never been able to send pics/sounds from the phone to the pc over either. I can sync and send whatever to the phone though.
I think it's just the windows drivers that suck since I never heard of a Linux user with this problem.

I've just discovered this problem myself after upgrading my T68 from R2Axxx (non-MMS) to R2B025 (MMS). I've got a PC with a 3Com BlueTooth 3CRWB6096 PC Card (PCMCIA slot in PC). Before the upgrade I could send items (contact cards, pictures, ...) without problems from the T68 to my PC. But after the upgrade the T68 refuses to find the PC as a device when searching after choosing bluetooth as transfer method. Items from the PC to the T68 still works fine (themes, pictures, ...). The strange part is that if I do a discover from the Bluetooth main menu it finds the PC unit without problems. I've also paired the two, so they do recognize each other. I've sent a question to support, so we'll see what the say. Hope this isn't a stupid copy protection scheme (would be typical).

Anyone with more info or that can confirm this behaviour with the R2B025 firmware ?

it cant be copy protection... you can send using bt to another phone... and you can send to a pc using ir... (need to use my old slowass laptop everytime i want to send something) another thing is that the bluetooth syncronisation thing dosent work anymore (didnt before as the 3com dosent support that particular profile... but at least it could find the pc...) i talked to SE denmark about it and they have recognized it as a serious problem and will look into it...

I do agree about the copy protection. It was just strange behaviour pattern from one firmware release to the next. And especially since we are able to pair the devices. Also does anyone with other bluetooth adapters than 3Com and fw R2B025 have the same pattern ?

When you talk about the bluetooth / synchronization / 3com part, do you mean to initiate the sync from the phone or sync via XTNDConnect on PC. At least I've still got the sync working by 3Com bluetooth / WinXP Pro / XTNDCon / Outlook with the new firmware.

Hope fixes this fast. But if it's not fixed on the 3Com side it'll be another fw upgrade...

its when you initiate sync by using the phone.... before it sent a file called "push.txt" to the pc... now it just searches and says no devices found... not that that feature ever worked here... but its just to point out that the phone after the upgrade dosen't recognize a pc as a valid target for file transfers anymore :/
