hi,
i just updated the sync software, and now whenever i try to bakcup, it wont back up. i dont know why.. it was the same when i was doing it with the original software... it just tells me to turn the phone off, and then back on, when i turn it back on, it just hangs there, i cant turn off the phone, even if i hold the power button for 10 sec, i have to take out the battery, and do it...
what should i do??
when i do the backup, it tells me that the phone must be in backup mode in order to back it up..
its a P800...
