It mostly depends of what you expect from your new phone.
The SE P900 is a real smartphone while the SE K700 is a mere smart phone.
The P900 is bigger, has much more features and functions, is havier and is much more expensive than the K700.
For information concerning the SE P900, have a look at

well if you need pda functions then it's either:
1.p900
2.ipaq (or whatever) + k700
and it all depends do you want two (more features) devices or one?

k700 has vga camera wid 4x digital zoom + built in fm radio but only 32mb internal memory. p900 excited feature is it has memory expansion slot which k700 is lack. both are best phone so far until s700 come which nokia thinking what model they will match on these smartphone...

you really have to ask yourself a few questions:
1. do you need pda functionality?
2. do you need expandable memory?
3. do you REALLY need a radio in your phone?
4. do you REALLY need a super-duper phone-cam?
if you are honest with yourself on these questions then i suspect you will arrive at an answer. also, wait and see the price difference between the two. it may not be so big by the time the K700 comes out, so on value-for-money the P900 might be worth it.

size may also be an important factor. i know some people who loved the P8/9, but just thought it was too big to be a convenient phone (like the 3 phones).

If you want a big crisp touch screen and PDA functionality go with the P900 it is sweet and has cool themes available. IF you just need a phone SMS, MMS mainly go with a K700.
I love my P900 and once you go touchscreen you never want to go back.
