I cant get it to work on xp. i have phone moniter installed but still no luck. Any suggestions???????

danny, after intalling mobile phone monitor, you must enable the com port where the cable is connected. go to control panel -> phone monitor options -> COM ports tab

If you ar using cable, open send file and then connect the phone. It works for me.

Yes you have to open SENDFILE before and after you must connect your t68
