Hi guys, after having followed the threads to set up my p800 to use as a dial-up modem for my laptop, i have managed to establish a connection at 112k. the problem is, when i open internet explorer, it simply says it cannot find server. any ideas? thought i might need some settings for ie? also, outlook does not download mail, cant find server. its weird. im connected to net but im not. please help...orange & se were no help. if someone knows answer, can they mail to stevej2437@yahoo.co.uk. many many thanks in advance.

whichever way you're using, say it's bluetooth for example, go to network connections, then right click on the bluetooth connection and enable TCP/IP in their, and make sure it's disabled everywhere else (the tcp/ip box is unticked everywhere else)

Get the dns adresses from your network and enter them into tcp/ip properties of your connection on pc. Can you execute "ping esato.com" command and show results?
