> Z600 to PC IRXFER wont work anymore

Help! My PC was nuked the other week by a virus that deleted alot of files including irxfer.exe. Since reinstalling the software (irxfer) i've been unable to transfer anything from my z600 to the pc and vice versa.
The PC recognises the phone i.e it appears in irmon as 'Z600' but when i try to send files it keeps saying "the recipient device is not ready to recieve" even though infared is enabled on the phone. In turn trying to transfer pix from the phone to the PC the phone immediately prompts 'connection failed' although on the taskbar the PC can 'see' my phone as 2 infared icons appear. Im running Win98 if that helps.....
Anyone got any ideas???
