Presumably u can access the P9 from the PC by putting it in it's cradle and clicking on the "My P900" icon (should be on ur desktop)? If connected properly u should then get a "P900" icon as opposed to a "not connected" one (with a question mark).
Double-click on the P900 icon, u then get a choice of phone or memory stick. Probably best to store MP3s and MP4 videos on the stick, so click on that. Simply put the MP3s in the "audio" folder and the videos in the "video" folder, by cutting and pasting. Takes a while for transfer, but that should do the trick!

Hi again,
unfortunetely i get that "not connected" line.
the USB is connected properly and i do have the p900 icon on my desktop, so what did i do wrong here ?
and the green light on that travel charger is light up, so i assume its connected properly
and what does it do when "synchronized" my phone ?? cuz everytime i tried to synchronize my phone , its says "synchronization failed"
thanks for the help guys

and after i restart my computer and then the phone is properly connected , BUT i can not connect to internet , some error message saying that my modem is not connected properly , i have to use ctrl+alt+del to shut down one file at a time
