> Synch Problem, connected but not working

I have installed all drivers and the Synchstation has been recognised. But when you click the icon for Phone connection it doesnt check the post that the USB is connected into it only seems to check COM1 and COM2 and its not connected to either of them. Is there a way to add a port for the computer to scan when it is looking for a phone connection??

what phone do you have? Anyways, go to control panel --> Phone monitor options --> COM ports --> enable the ones you need.

I have a P800, the com ports are only 1 and 2. and they are both enabled. When I install the synchstation, the station is recognised but once installed it goes USB Port installed, and this doesnt have software for it. I tried downloading the driver of Sony but this isnt working either.

I purchased a Bluetooth dongle and am now connected between my laptop and my phone. I can send pictures to and from, but cannot sync using XTND. Can someone help me with my small problem?
I can sync using IR, but would like to be able to use Bluetooth.
