I am using my P900 with the flip removed so it unlocks with the jogdial (can't remember if it is the same with the flip attached).
simple scenario: I am sitting on the train playing with my phone listening to music with either the standard music player or unrealplayer. I decide to stop playing and just listen to music so the phone locks. When I try to unlock the phone - IT WON'T!!. So I have to take out the battery, or when I get home plug in the charger! Pushing the jogdial towards me works but pushing it in doesn't (My jogdial doesn't work pushing it back as already discussed in another thread).
scenario 2: I decide to go jogging and set up tracks to listen to. I go for a jog, the phone locks, but whey I can unlock it!
So please help me!! Why when after playing with my phone does it lock up on me (maybe that is coincidental)!! Is it the jogdial button being temperamental? Do I have a knackered phone? Or is it some kind of software bug? I am normally only playing solitaire or lemmings!
help! should I get the phone replaced - I love the one I have
or has this happened to anyone else?

if I take the phone apart is it easy to look at how the jogdial is wired - would I easily see if it is faulty? (I have seen the post about the contacts when moving jogdial forward and back but it says nothing about pressing inward)

Nope this happens to me sometimes too.
Depending on the app being used. No one seems to do it. I have to resort to taking the battery off.
