I had this when putting a 15meg video on my 128mb ms duo.
I had 90mb free so i turned my phone off took the ms duo out, turned it on and then put the memory stick back in last then give it a try

Dont suppose you have anything else that uses memory stick? I often use my sony camcorder with its own usb lead to transfer files to my mem sticks. It's alot fast and more reliable i have found?? Give it a try?

Very true... If you are transfering via bluetooth then it will store the files in the device memory untill they are viewed and saved else where, ie your memstick!
