BluePhoneMenu is a small application that adds Caller ID functionality to your menu bar and desktop using your Bluetooth enabled phone.

BluePhoneMenu does not need to sync with your address book or run any complex tasks. Simply add BluePhoneMenu to your startup items and it will wait for a call from any Bluetooth phone you have paired. You can also monitor signal strength, battery power and many other properties all from the menu bar.

I tried installing the software to my PB, and seems couldn't get it work with P900, its always say "connecting.." the BT light on the phone would blink rapidly at first.. and then back to normal.. and its still say "connecting.."
I'll try to play around with it, and will let you know if its working

I just tried it and it worked first go for me. It's quite cute actually, whilst idle, you get battery strength & signal strength as well as your phone's name in the pull down menu. When there's an incoming call, the little menu bar icon flashes between the phone name and the incoming calling number.

You also get a "missed-call" dialog too, which includes the number and time/date of call.

The menu also keeps a log of all your calls, which you can clear from within the menu.

Nice (free) app.

My setup, if it helps:
- Mac OS X (10.3.3)
- PowerBook G4 17" (built-in bluetooth)
- Phone: CXC162022 R3C006
- Bluetooth (phone): CXC12529 R5D
- Organiser: CXC162026 R1A08
- CDA: CDA162003/13 R1A08
