I ahve e mailed the Sony Ericsson Customer Care Centre and they haev replied, telling me to contact Consergent Telecom with no expanation of who they are and who they do, any ideas anybody?

sorry they have spelt it Cocergent Telecom, is it normal practice for they to supply third party addresses for help.

yeah, but usually its Celestica. In all my dealings with customer support I've never heard mention of Cocergent Telecom
