Ok I'm sure I'll get flamed for posting this but when I search all I find is how to convert mpeg to Mp4.... what I want to do it convert mp4 to mpeg so I can e-mail a clip to mates and they can play it in WMP.
Can it be done?

thanks. Which codecs do i need to be able to convert the Mp4 though? It wont do it at the moment.
