Ok.....gonna try and get this topic in one thread......
"Which phone is worth its value?"
Z1010? K700? S700?
My contract is running out pretty soon and therfore a new phone is on the horizon. Is the Z1010 worth buying? all the opinions on this forum are quite mixed. The specs for this phone came around some time last year and its only being released this June (supposingly) so will it be worth buying or will it be a phone that is out of date within a month?
Also the New K & S series......does anyone have any confirmed up to date release time for these phones? Ive heard late October to Feb 05 for the S700? is this true?

i reckon that both the K and S700 beat the Z1010. I prefer the K700, its a matter of opinion really.

S700-For camera phone
K700-decent GSM phone
Im a 3G user so its the Z1010 for me!

yeah like most people have said its a matter of taste, i like them all and if i could afford all three i would get them, but i can't! so here's my view's:
k700i - if you want a small feature packed phone.
z1010 - if you want a 3g phone with expandable memory
s700i - don't wait for it, get one of the above as the s700i is age's away from retail, and also there will be delays as with all of sony ericsson high end phones
so to sum it all up z1010 or k700i, which everyone suits your lifestyle

The Z1010 is available now (selected markets and a small number of units at the moment). The K700 is available in June (Q2) and the S700 in Q4. If you need a 3G phone, the only option is the Z1010.
In terms of size and weight, both the Z1010 and the S700 are quite big and heavy compared to a "normal" mobile phone. The K700 is small, but lacks expandable memory (the only flaw, according to me).
Pricewise, the K700 is likely to be cheapest (about 450 Euro in Sweden). The Z1010 is currently only available with a contract, but is still quite expensive. My quess is that the S700 will be priced in between the K700 and Z1010, but in the higher range.
