RTM!
You have to record your generic voice commands, and add voice tags to all the numbers of the people you intend to call.

Does p800 has same voice control like,for example t610 (voice dialing,redialing,profiles,caller name,magic word...) or are there some more,advanced features?

The P-series only offers voice control for the phone section... not for other areas of the phone. So, no voice control over the voice recorder, profiles (P-series has no profiles), or other areas outside the "Phone" section. Yes, it does have the Magic Word.
But unlike the smaller SE phones, the P-series has a larger memory so you can add a voice tag to every single entry in your phonebook, and you don't need to specify work, home, mobile for each number... it's a separate entry for each number... so you don't have to pause before stating which number to call.
Just record the full name tag, example: "Jake's mobile", or "Sandy's Apartment" ... so that when you need to call a friend's house, or mobile, just give each one a full tag.
It gets confusing when you have so many people on voice tags and you forget what you recorded for that person!!!

Specially funny when 2 of your friends have the same name!!!

@jplacson
Tnx man ;-)
I think its much better to have different recording(voice command) for each contacts phone number,but,like you said,you must have enough space for all those recordings.
@marceta
Search the site for more info about the magic word or read the manual.
But shortly,magic word is used instead the button on your handsfree or your phone.When you say the magic word phone is acting like you pressed yes on the phone.
