i presume no one in the uk knows when if ever the alleged upgrade wiil happen, i thought i'd ask before i did the round of the usual bullshit stories that the various service centres give out, its monday and too early in the week to kill just yet,my cats won the bet last week they are both walking around flashing the £100 they each one over the upgrade not comming out last week,ah well back to work

The upgrade is available I have just loaded it myself. I suggest you ring your local service centres again! The update option on EMMA II is not available at present but if the flash your T68 on line it will give them a drop down menu with T68m mms software on it! Ring them and spread the news dweebs!

Yesterday (Sunday) I was walking on Oxford Street and I went into the CW shop (the first one on the left when we walk from Centre Point into Oxford St) and I asked the lady at the desk if they had the upgrade. She said yes they do have and they have already done for a few people!
YES!!! She said they have done upgrades. I asked if she could upgrade mine - she said she is a temp working only Sunday's and she doesn't know how to do it. She told me to come on Tuesday as the guy in charge who has been trained has a day off on Monday!
I don't know how much of what she said is true... so don't bombard me with court cases for lieing or posting un-verified information.

I called sony ericsson now and they told me it is out i called the service center and they told me that it is out but does not support the cam... i am gana call them again and ask them about the software details

The sale of goods act only applies to vendors. In this type of scenario you would cite the trade descriptions act but it does not apply as they have NOT broke the law!
