There is one for Windows which I think is called Trillian. I am not sure if there is a Java version though.

best do a search for the link cos I don't have it anymore but I got it off esato.
Trillian does have a mobile app but unfoprtunately it's not independent and will in effect only work when you're next to your PC (I'd guess via
) but what's the use when you're at your PC anyway
