I have just purchased the HCH-37 for my P900 and am contemplating where I should mount it in my car. Has anyone got any pics of their car phone holders?

Cheers

I have an MG ZR, but I would be interested to see any pics of how your current setup looks. Most dash layouts are pretty much identical really....

@Stan - put up a pic of your car if you can.

will do soon mate, in about half hour. What you need is a dash mount, it is basically a bracket that clips behind part of the dash trim so that you do not have to drill any holes, they and car specific.

oh have just found a picture of a ZR with one (that was lucky!!!)

they are about £35

And many others, £20 is well worth it for no holes and a secure fitting for your P900!

Yeah, saw the dashmount option but think that it 'sticks' out a bit too much. Looks like it might 'wobble' around a bit going over rough ground - are they quite sturdy?
Also they would appear to be quite obtrusive to the person in the passenger seat?

I am thinking about mounting mine on the dash to the right hand side of the steering wheel - but like you say, I will have to drill some holes and I am not sure that I want to do that to my new MG....

More pics peeps....

Yes they are steady, and they are not all that obtrusive to the passanger. When you pop your trim off there should be a screw holding in other parts of trim you place the holder behind those screws and then put the facia trim back on.
In fact they are so good that we only now fit car kits using these brackets.
