Hi,

I took a backup of my P900 a few days ago, just before I sold it !

My question is there any way I can access the backup. I'm using an old Nokia but really need to get into the numbers stored in the backup, Is this possible. Many thanks...Stone

You want to access teh back up on your computer right?
In that case it is usually in C>documents and settings >your username >sony ericsson> (I am not at my computer with my back ups so can't rmember correctly) the back up file is named with your IMEI and the date of back up. Right click the file and open it with winzip you can see the list of files in that there is a file called contacts.something (I can't remember) If I remeber correctly you can open that file using MS Access (its a database) . Well here I might be wrong but I am sure after reading my post someone will post the correct details here.

Thanks for the help anish. I can unzip the folder but cant find any contacts. They come out as dat files with one saying filestore.dat.text. I can read this one with wordpad but unforunately it does not have the contacts listed.
