Looks like im gonna have to ring em up later and see what they say!

so I rang up the one in tottenham and he told me sony ericsson are talking out of their backsides as they checked the server this morning and nothing - also they do not have the right equipment to download it.
so sony ericsson are a bit SH*TE arent they... cant even get it out to their distributors.
or more crossed wires....
