Please help me my p900 stop detecting the memory stick.It has all the important data. Please help me how to solve this problem as i need the data urgently. Thx in adv.

If u have a card reader, check whether it can be detected by the reader.

I do not have the card reader but i had conected my p900 to its sync station and computer also does not show the memory stick drive.

go to a store and ask if they could check whether the card reader would recognize the MS Duo or not. Perhaps you'll have to buy it, but they really aren't expensive and you can always make a future use of it even if it doesn't help you with this particular problem. I think it's worth a try, especially if any important data is at stake.
By the way, do you have any other MS Duo? Just to check wether it's a card problem or the phone.
