I just checked with a certain service centre in the South East and they said the following :

- Ericsson gave them a "date" ( you'll like this ) of between week 21 and week 25

- The software is on Ericsson's servers but the service centres are not supposed to download it yet because maintenance is going on on the software

- They suggested I ring them every 2-3 days to see if it had been released. They also said on a previous call that they had a shedload of phones waiting in the centre ( presuming the phones are queue-ing and being offered tea and coffee ... )

Well i have rang sony ericsson twice now, and on both occasions they have said teh software is out... and available for download.. so im gonna go get my phone upgraded 2mrw

By all means go there tomorrow, but that was the line from the service centre I talked to, and they don't bs people for no reason

Methinks you may have a wasted trip ...

To avoid any confusion, I was saying that the service centre were not bs-ing me ( SE is another matter ! )

It surprises me that any upgrades in the UK have been done, because as I heard, the software on the SE server is still undergoing testing - either it is or it is not ...
