I never turn my phone off. I just switch to flight mode when in hospitals and planes. The only reason for me to turn my phone off and on again is to free up more RAM.

Some Tube street maps needs alot of free RAM to open. Sometimes I need to restart to free up more RAM even after closing all apps and compressing memory using Sman.
