how do i make my own skin no not my boby skin,
for tracker 4 wot do i need to download?

I have d'led this and am confused - skinmaker.exe just opens a dos box which closes just as quickly...
What do you actually have to do to make a skin?
Are there any step by step guides (can't find on here!)
