k700, it has a bigger and better screen compared to pantexh (yeah it has a 260k screen but only 128*128 if i'm not mistaken...) and i don't like the design and i'm not sure if it has bt or not, anyway k700 is a clear winner at least in my eyes....

GET THE K700
The pantech has nowhere near the same features as the K700.
