> In the T300 "Keys Locked" menu

I always lock the keys menu because i just store it in my pants pocket, so I won't call anyone or something. But I was seeing that if you press any key, it would tell you how to desactivate the "locked keys" status; but if you press 1, 9 and 0 number keys, it will appear in the screen; but any way, what does this means, anyone?

Actually those digits can be used to call emergency numbers like 911. 112, 08 etc.

Dunno if it is actually required by law but all phones seem to do it.
I guess just so anyone can pick it up & ring an emergency No. without needing to figure out how to turn the keylock off

it is a requirement to allow emergency calls without any hassle. Same on payphones, you can dial emergency without having to insert coins first
