Having just dropped my P800 I decided it might be a good time to upgrade to a P900 rather than get my P800 repaired.
Went along to my vodaphone shop and was told, Yeah I can upgrade, but they don't have any in stock. Being helpful (and they were) they made a few phone calls and by luck the warehouse were receiving a delivery of some P900's that day, and they would send me 1. Result thought I.
Now let us fast forward 2 weeks later & still no phone.
Every time I ring they are expecting a delivery "that day"....
Now the last person I speak to finally lets slip that apparently Vodaphone are not getting any in new stocks of P900's until the end of July, at the earliest!
However they have 25 on back order and mine is one of those and delivery to the warehouse is expected........ Yup you guessed it, today!
Could be time for a network change .....

oh my god, what are you doing, slap yourself, put some clothes on, get that finger out of that bottom there and go to the orange shop. there is a good man.

Vodaphone are the spawn of hell and should rot there for eternity, and the MD's daughter has the bushiest monobrow I have ever seen and she fancies herself something rotten.

Dunno, I hav mixed emotions for Vodafone. If u haven't committed to the upgrade yet see if u can find a better deal on tinternet. Out of interest how much did they quote for the upgrade and with what contract?

Finally, it arrived today! Oh well better late than never....

Now come on bahbahsupercar, who is delusional?
Personally though I had a bad experience with Orange. Basically I could not make or receive calls for 6 weeks due to a "local cell issue" (whatever that means) despite the fact my other half could! Anyway after a phone call a day for 6 weeks it was eventually sorted to a SIM Card problem! Despite the fact that I used it for work and spent about £70 a month on my price plan the offered me £5 compensation!

Anyways I'm generally happy with vodaphone, no real issues, as for the upgrade price £140, so not heavy on the wallet!

i know its a bit off topic but from my own experience & i bet for loads of others vodafone only become a problem when the word 'singlepoint' is in the same sentence!

Don't even get me started on Singlepoint - they are possibly THE most useless bunch of ***** around. Promising this, that and the other. I know they are technically owned by Vodafone but having spoken to many people the takeover hasn't taken full effect yet and they are still trying to screw every penny out of each customer. Still I suppose it was inevitable especially after the company they were originally associated with... Advice to everyone out there, don't join Singlepoint, join Vodafone connect - they're far more efficient.

NOTE *You may have guessed I feel quite strongly about this!

I have to say that I think Vodaphone are great. I've always been with vodaphone and only had one issue, which they sorted within a couple of days..... In fact, they sorted it by sending me a free P900!!!!

If you're interested (which I'm sure you're not but please humour me) here's the post where I explained just what they did for me: -
